Cancellation & refund policy
 
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing, by email or fax.

Cancellations:
- Until 30 days prior to arrival - 15% cancellation fee of the total amount paid will be charged.
- From 30 days up to 15 days prior to arrival - 30% cancellation fee of the total amount paid will be charged.
- From 14 days prior to arrival - no cancellations will be accepted and deposits are non refundable.

Refunds:
